INTERNET - For complimentary high-speed internet select the “Margaritaville” internet, access wireless connection. See your check-in packet for the password.
LAUNDRY - Coin-operated laundry facilities for guests to use are available at the Bath House.
LAZY RIVER – There are no lifeguards on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children under 14 require adult supervision. Comply with posted pool rules for a safe and enjoyable experience.
LOST & FOUND - Lost and found is located at The Lodge front desk.
MAIL - Outgoing mail may be left at the front desk for postal pickup.
PETS - Pets limited to 2 per site. Only non-aggressive pets allowed. Must be on a maximum 6’ length leash. Must be current on all vaccines. May not be left outside when owners are away from site or park, nor may they be left inside RV to continually bark. Excessive barking, growling, or any aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. If your pet is not under control, you may be asked to leave the park without a refund. Other than service dogs, pets are not allowed in buildings or pool areas. Do not tie your pet to park property including trees and picnic tables. Please clean up after your pet and properly dispose of all pet waste/litter in proper receptacles.

PLAYGROUND - Located near the Bath House.
POOL - The pool hours are Sunday - Thursday from 10:00 am - 10:00 pm and Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am - 11:00 pm. No lifeguard is on duty.
HOT TUB - The hot tub is located in the pool area.
PARKING - One RV and vehicle are allowed per site. Vehicles/trailers not fitting on concrete pad must be parked in the visitor parking area. Avoid parking on patios, grass, other sites, or roads. Optional 2nd vehicle pass for $5/day, subject to availability.
SECURITY - In the event of any security concern, please contact the front desk for immediate attention???
ST. SOMEWHERE SPA - (located at The Island Pigeon Forge) - Call (865) 280-6200 to book massage, facial treatments, hair, and nail salon services at the St. Somewhere Spa location at The Island in Pigeon Forge. Lodge guests receive 15% off services and complimentary valet parking Monday-Thursday.
TRANSPORTATION
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION – Please see Guest Services for assistance with airport transportation.
FUN TIME TROLLEY – “Hop on, hop off” transportation serving Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and a portion of Sevierville. There is a pickup spot located on the property.
