Margaritaville Beach Resort Ambergris Caye Belize awaits your arrival. Your travel adventure to our secluded paradise will take you through both Belize and San Pedro:
Arriving in Belize:
Begin your journey by flying into the Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE), which is the main gateway to Belize. You may also enter Belize by the Mexican or Guatemalan land borders. Upon your arrival at BZE, you'll have the choice of traveling to San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, by either sea or air.
By Air: We recommend taking a scenic flight with either Maya Island Air or Tropic Air, located within BZE. The flight to San Pedro is a quick and memorable 10-to-15-minute journey, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding islands. A member of our team can assist you with booking your flights.
By Sea: Alternatively, you can opt for a relaxing ferry ride departing from downtown Belize City. The ferry journey takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach your destination in San Pedro. Please note that if you chose to take the ferry to the island, you will also have an additional 30-40 minute taxi ride from BZE to the ferry boat terminal, before boarding the boat to the island.
Arrival in San Pedro:
Upon your arrival in San Pedro, please proceed across the street to our beachfront check-in and welcome lounge, where the Margaritaville-branded boat will be waiting to transport you to the resort. Enjoy this enchanting 25 to 30-minute cruise through calm waters along the world's second-largest barrier reef. Upon arrival at the resort dock, you will be warmly welcomed to our spectacular slice of paradise at the Margaritaville Beach Resort Ambergris Caye Belize.Upon your arrival in San Pedro, please proceed across the street to our beachfront check-in and welcome lounge, where the Margaritaville-branded boat will be waiting to transport you to the resort.
