Group Sales & Events Coordinator

At Camp Margaritaville, we bring the island state of mind to every guest, creating unforgettable experiences for groups, rallies, and events. We’re looking for a Group Sales Representative who thrives on hospitality, builds strong relationships, and ensures every event feels like paradise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek and secure group bookings, including RV rallies, corporate retreats, social gatherings, and special events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel clubs, event organizers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct outreach efforts, including calls, emails, and site visits, to generate new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote group offerings and seasonal event packages.
- Work closely with the reservations department to keep them updated and informed on group booking details and special events
- Serve as the main point of contact for group reservations, ensuring a seamless booking and planning process.
- Collaborate with operations, food & beverage, and activities teams to execute successful rallies and events.
- Assist clients with itinerary planning, catering options, and on-site logistics to enhance their experience.
- Provide top-notch customer service before, during, and after the event to drive repeat business.
- Maintain an organized database of leads, bookings, and client communications.
- Ensure all agreements, deposits, and contracts are handled in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality (RV resort experience a plus!).
- A passion for customer service and a knack for building relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
