Job Overview:

Responsibilities include cleaning rentals properties, bathrooms and shared public spaces, ensuring all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a pleasant atmosphere for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

Make Guests happy by exceeding service expectations.

Notify a Manager of any Guest complaints or concerns.

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to resort standards.

Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest rental amenities.

Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to management.

Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Ensure carts, cleaning equipment, and supply closets are organized and stocked.

Respond promptly and politely to guest requests.

Support laundry operations as needed.

Maintain a friendly and professional attitude toward guests and team members.

Use and maintain all tools and equipment safely.

Complete required and ongoing training for the position.

Ensure a harassment-free environment through proper personal conduct.

Use respectful language with Guests, Staff Members, and Managers at all times.

Understand, comply with, and enforce all company policies and procedures.

Understand and utilize all safety and sanitation practices as defined in the safety program; report any accidents.

Skills & Experience:

High school degree or GED preferred.

Six months experience as a housekeeper or working in some aspect of the industry preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Able to interact professionally with other departments and guests.

Able to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
