Hotel Frequently Asked Questions
Is there an age minimum for check-in at the resort?
Yes. The minimum age to check in is 21. A valid ID must be presented at check-in.
What is your cancellation policy?
A refundable deposit equal to the first night's room and tax will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before arrival in the off-season and seven (7) days before arrival in the peak season (March 10-18, 2023, and May 26-September 3, 2023) to avoid forfeiting the deposit amount. This policy and the seasonal dates are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the resort.
Are pets welcome at the resort? What facilities and services are available for pets?
Dogs are welcome in standard guest rooms only, however, they are not permitted in Condos. A non-refundable charge of $200 up to two pets, plus $100 per additional pet will be required at check-in.
Is smoking allowed at the resort?
We are a smoke-free facility, however, there are designated smoking areas on the ground. A $500 fee will be charged for any guest smoking outside of the designated areas.
Does the resort offer parking?
Yes, self-parking is included under the nightly resort fee. Valet parking is also available for $35 per night or $18 for day and event parking.
Is the resort ADA-accessible? What accessible features are offered?
Yes, the resort is ADA-accessible. ADA guest rooms are available with roll-in showers, hearing-impaired features, wider doorways, and extra grab bars in the showers (select rooms). Restaurants, pool areas, and public spaces are all ADA-accessible.
Are children welcome at the resort? What facilities and services are available for children?
Yes, children are welcome at the resort under adult supervision.
Can I receive mail and packages at the resort?
Yes, at a charge of $5.00 per package. Valid ID must be shown with the information of the receiver.
What time is check-in? Is early check-in possible?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM CST. Early check-in is based on availability on the day of your arrival.
What time is check-out? Is late check-out possible?
Check-out is at 11:00 AM CST. Late check-out is based on availability on the day of your departure.
Can we come and spend the day at the resort if we're not staying there?
Yes, Guests can purchase day passes to enjoy the pool, food and beverage, and local beach access.
What does the nightly resort fee cover for a standard guest room and condo?
A daily resort fee of $35 plus tax is added to all room types and a $200 cleaning fee will be added for Condos at check out.

We would like to have dinner at LandShark Bar & Grill. Do we have to be hotel guests?
No, LandShark Bar & Grill is open to both the public and resort guests.
Do the rooms have refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee makers in them?
All of our guest rooms are equipped with mini refrigerators and Keurig Coffee Makers. Condos are equipped with full kitchens and supplies.
Does the resort provide airport transportation?
We do not provide airport transportation; however, taxis and app-based car services are readily available at our location. Private transfers can be booked through our on-site concierge service.
