Job Overview:
Responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant and pool bartenders including accounting for daily inventories, training personnel and customer service, as well as to ensure that the staff performs a variety of tasks to create the highest level of customer satisfaction and safe environment.
Position Description:
- Ensures compliance with health and safety codes and policies
- Communicate effectively with peers, Shift Managers and subordinates
- Exhibits a positive, enthusiastic attitude committed to a teamwork effort
- Responsible for the overall quality of service standards of all restaurants and pools including special events
- Ensures strict compliance with procedures and reconciliation of the daily receipts
- Ensures that opening and closing duties have been successfully completed
- Completes strategies to generate friendly competition amongst staff
- Tracks labor daily
- Analyzes and initiates actions to improve product, company image and profitability
- Establishes and maintains exceptional associate relations through positive motivation, training, development, including disciplinary actions
- Ensures Camp Margaritaville policies and procedures are enforced in a fair and consistent manner.
- Ensures and maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Personally handles, and follows up, with all guests and associate’s concerns/complaints
- Supervisor will have the power or weight if training is completed and associate is ready to be on the service floor
- Attend all meetings and training as required
- Knowledge and compliance with policies and procedures as outlined under the Associate’s Handbook
- Complete all assignments and tasks as instructed by the Management Team.
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of restaurant supervisory experience
- Interacts professionally with multiple departments
- Communicates effectively both written and verbal
- Management Food Safety Certified and TABC certification
- Lifts, pushes, pulls and organizes up to fifty, (50) pounds
- Works a flexible schedule for any day or time
- Skillfully uses hands and fingers easily
- Stands and walks long period of time
- Multi-tasked oriented and organized
- Computer literate
