Dreamsicle Ice Cream Shop Team Member
The Ice Cream Shop Team Member creates joyous interactions for guests by delivering friendly, energetic service and high-quality ice cream offerings. The individual in this role reinforces the resort’s brand and guest experience by serving as a positive, approachable presence that leaves lasting impressions and encourages guests to return.

Position Description
Guest Service & Engagement
- Greet guests warmly and engage them in a positive manner.
- Assist guests with menu choices and special requests.
- Create a fun and welcoming environment for guests of all ages.
- Handle guest questions or concerns in a professional manner.
Product Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve ice cream and treats according to organization standards.
- Ensure portion control and consistent presentation.
- Maintain product freshness and quality.
- Clean and sanitize equipment between uses.
- Monitor supply levels during service.
Shop Operations
- Ensure all retail items are organized and fully stocked, informing management of product shortages as needed.
- Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately.
- Handle electronic payments responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness of counters and guest areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation practices.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Responsible for trash removal, sweeping and moping of the shop.
