Is this a drop-off program?
No—this is not a drop-off or childcare program. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children at all times.
Do parents need to stay on property?
Yes, a parent or guardian must remain on-site and available while their child participates in activities.
What ages can participate?
Activities are designed for children and teens ages 4–17, with options for different age groups throughout the day.
Do parents need to participate in activities?
Parents are welcome to join in or relax nearby, but should remain close and accessible—especially for younger children.
Are activities supervised?
Activities are led by staff for fun and engagement, but individual supervision is the responsibility of parents/guardians.
Can my child come and go throughout the day?
Yes! This is a flexible, come-and-go program—guests can join any activity at any time.
Is food or lunch provided?
No, meals are not included. We are offering group lunch opportunities but must be purchased. Guests are encouraged to enjoy on-site dining or take breaks with their family.
What should my child bring?
Comfortable clothes, hat and sunglasses, a towel, swimwear, sunscreen, refillable water bottle , and anything they may need for the day.
What happens if there’s a behavior issue or concern?
Staff will address situations within activities, but parents/guardians may be contacted if additional support is needed.
Is this programming open to non-resort guests?
No, this program is reserved exclusively for resort guests. However, non-resort visitors can still join the fun by purchasing day passes to the License to Chill Pool, where there’s always something exciting happening.
Is there anything for teens to join?
Yes! We offer a variety of activities designed just for teens, encouraging off-screen time and outdoor fun with friends. From sports competitions like wiffle ball and pickleball to lip sync battles, teen trivia, and a sunset teen lounge for relaxed social time, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
