LIVE PEÑA CARVING DEMO 2:30 PM – 2:50 PM • Traditional harvesting of the agave piña.
MARGARITA MASTERCLASS 3:00 PM – 4:15 PM • Hands-on workshop: flavor balance, infusion, and creative garnish. • Includes tasting boards and paired small bites.
Tequila Tasting + Grazing Boards 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM • Guided tastings by tequila ambassadors featuring Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, Extra Añejo, and Cristalino. • Educational mini sessions hosted throughout.
FIVE-COURSE TEQUILA-PAIRED DINNER 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM • Themed around tequila expressions and local ingredients. • Live Acoustic Guitar entertainment during service. • Active Dessert Station for final pairing.
