| Restaurant Team | Food Runners | Food Runners are responsible for assisting server and duties include but are not limited to setting tables, serving food orders, removing used dishes and utensils, completes all side work in the front and/or ack of the house assigned from the management team and keeps station restocked throughout shift. |
| Restaurant Team | Hosts/Hostesses | Hosts/hostesses are responsible for welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner. Seats guests and manage the seating chart. A hostess monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow. Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. |
| Restaurant Team | Barbacks | Barbacks are responsible for assisting the bartenders with daily operation of the bars. Ensures that the assigned outlet is prepared and stocked to meet the daily business demands. Retrieves orders from storeroom. Cuts, slices and peels perishable garnishes and fruits, mixes and pours juices in sufficient amounts according to projected business. Stores back-up supplies needing refrigeration in prescribed containers for later use. Checks and assists bartender in maintaining adequate amounts of supplies, i.e., stir sticks, napkins, etc., for both the immediate bar and extended service area. Maintains cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration and storage areas. |

Activate and distribute room keys. Process all guest requests and relay messages. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guest service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and exceed all guest expectations. |
| Front Office | Night Auditor | Night Auditor is responsible for all end of day accounting functions. The ideal applicant should be capable of working autonomously with no one to assist him or her with basic functions, such as checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, communicating with housekeeping and taking initiative for necessary tasks. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guest service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and exceed all guest expectations. |
| Housekeeping | Room Attendants | Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned, which includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and replacing amenities. This person must have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position. Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate to guests preferred. |
