Celebrate two big wins for this Southern Louisianna campground and find your reason to visit, from cabin weekends to Campsgiving and live music.

A morning by the fishing pond, an afternoon round of mini golf and an evening of live music. That’s a day well spent at Camp Margaritaville RV Resort Breaux Bridge. This year, the Henderson, Louisiana, resort has two more reasons to celebrate. The Louisiana Travel Association named it Accommodation of the Year at the 2026 Louey Awards, and Campspot ranked it among its 2026 Top Campgrounds in the U.S.

For the team that welcomes campers to the resort, the honors are a chance to celebrate a year of bringing people together. For guests, they’re a good excuse to see what a weekend at Camp looks like, especially as the holiday calendar fills up.

Two Honors for a Cajun Country Favorite

The Louisiana Travel Association’s Louey Awards celebrate the people and places that make Louisiana a destination worth exploring. Camp Margaritaville Breaux Bridge took home Accommodation of the Year, putting this campground in the company of honorees from across the state.

The resort also earned a spot near the top of Campspot’s 2026 national campground rankings. Campspot considers factors such as guest ratings, reservation data and park amenities. Together, the awards give the Camp team two reasons to celebrate the experience it shares with guests, from the first Fins Up! at check-in to the last evening around the fire.

A Louisiana RV Resort with Room for the Whole Crew

Bring your rig and settle into a full-hookup RV site with a picnic table and fire pit, or unpack in one of the resort’s renovated cabins. With both options at the same property, the RV travelers and cabin campers in your group can make a weekend of it together.

Start the day with a cast at the fishing pond, then gather the crew for pickleball or mini golf. When the weather calls for a change of plans, the indoor arcade next door gives the family another place to play. In warmer months, the resort’s seasonal pools add another way to spend the afternoon. Come evening, check the lineup at the Six String Music Stage or pull your chairs up around the fire at your RV site. Explore the resort and its amenities.

From Campsgiving to Merry Margaritaville

Campsgiving Weekends | November 20–22 and 27–29, 2026. Bring the family for a Thanksgiving season getaway with time to catch up and enjoy the great outdoors. Live music is part of the Thanksgiving weekend lineup, with Lafayette singer-songwriter Leif Meche on November 27 and Ryan Foret & the Foret Tradition on November 28. See the November event calendar.

Merry Margaritaville is celebrated at the Camp throughout the month of December. Ease into the holidays with festive activities for the family and live music. The Eighties Experience takes the stage Friday, December 4, followed by The Chee-Weez on Saturday, December 5. The resort’s music schedule also lists The Eighties Experience for New Year’s Eve, giving you one more reason to get the crew together before the year wraps up. See the December event calendar.

Pick a weekend, choose a cabin or RV site and give everyone something to look forward to in Cajun Country. Plan your stay at Camp Margaritaville Breaux Bridge.
