Our check-in time begins at 4pm CT and check-out time begins at 10am CT.

Early check-in is available for an additional fee and is subject to home availability.

A fee of $350 applies for check-ins between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM, and $250 for check-ins between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM.

Late check-out is available for an additional fee and is subject to home availability. A fee of $250 applies for check-outs between 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM, and $350 for check-outs between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

We are pleased to offer mid-stay cleaning services for an additional fee, subject to availability. To ensure your convenience, please reserve this service with the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. Our mid-stay cleaning provides a comprehensive full-service clean, keeping your accommodations fresh and inviting throughout your stay.

Our Beach Resort Resort Hotel Policies

While we absolutely adore pets, our vacation homes are not pet-friendly. To ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable experience for all guests, only certified service animals are permitted on property. A Service Animal Registration Form can be obtained by emailing [email protected].

Service animals are permitted on the pool deck; however, they are not allowed in the pool itself, in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Please be aware that bringing an unauthorized pet is a violation of the rental agreement and will result in the full incidental hold being charged, along with the following penalties:

• $1,000 additional cleaning fee for Surf Bungalows
• $2,500 additional cleaning fee for Resort Cottages, Waterside Retreats, and Beach Villas
• Charges for any additional home damages
• Forfeiture of the remainder of your stay

Margaritaville Beach Cottage Resort — Panama City Beach is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our unit properties, on any property balcony, and any other resort venues and amenities. Smoking will incur a $500 fine, plus a cleaning fee.

You must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.

At Margaritaville Beach Cottage Resort, only registered guests may stay overnight. For the safety and security of our guests and resort community, all guests must be registered with the Front Desk. Day visitors are welcome, provided the number of vehicles does not exceed the parking passes allocated to the home. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass, and any additional visitors beyond the home's occupancy limit must purchase a Resort Pass. Failure to register guests or comply with resort policies may result in access restrictions or additional charges.

Our guests can indulge in 580 feet of beachfront along with a variety of select beach services that can be conveniently booked in advance here.

We also offer an oasis pool featuring a zero-entry access, thrilling H2O water slides, and a 425-foot lazy river, both pools are heated for year-round enjoyment.

Indulge in tropical flavors at License to Chill, which offers guests a full menu, extensive bar, and exceptional service for lunch and dinner. Joe Merchant's Provisions is your one-stop shop for specialty coffees, pastries, and a market for grab-and-go meals and grocery items.

Enjoy nonstop fun at Fin City Arcade with exciting games for all ages, or stay active at our fully equipped Fins Up! Fitness Center, where play and wellness meet paradise!

Our resort offers a designated crosswalk for beach access to the homes located on the north side of the street. To ensure safe usage of the crosswalk, we kindly request that guests press the button and wait for the safety lights to activate before crossing.

Yes, all riders on our water slides and the Lazy River must be at least 48” tall.

Yes, our resort pool and lazy river are heated seasonally, based on weather conditions. 

Waterside Retreats include one complimentary beach set with an umbrella and two chairs. Beach Villas also include a beach set with a large umbrella and two chairs (based on availability; if unavailable, two standard umbrellas may be provided instead).

Additional sets can be reserved in advance or purchased directly at the beach kiosk. A standard beach set-two chairs and one umbrella-is available for $65 per day.

Yes! All guests at Margaritaville Beach Cottage Resort can book a private beach bonfire experience. We partner with a trusted local vendor who takes care of every detail, from setup to cleanup, so you can simply relax and enjoy the evening.

The Salty Rim Bar, located next to the Oasis Pool, offers guests a casual poolside experience with it's refreshing boat drinks, frozen concoctions, margaritas, and more. It's the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the serene ambiance of our resort. Open seasonally.

License to Chill is where "livin' for the weekend" happens every day and offers a full menu, extensive bar, and exceptional service for lunch and dinner daily. Unwind and soak in island-inspired living with outside seating.

As your one-stop shop, Joe Merchant's Provisions offers a little bit of everything from specialty coffees, pastries and breakfast sandwiches to a delicatessen, salads, and sides.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the pool area in order to comply with licensing requirements and to maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality and safety.

Grills are not permitted at the resort, with the exception of Beach Villas, which include a built-in grill as part of the home.

Our resort does not offer an airport shuttle. However, you can contact Uber, Lyft or a local ride service like  Beach Boy Shuttle, who will be happy to assist you.

Margaritaville Beach Cottage Resort ensures all vacation homes are equipped with linens, bath towels, and essential amenities. Each of our homes features a kitchen stocked with basic cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and silverware for your convenience. To guarantee your arrival is seamless, we have included a starter supply of: Hand/Face Soap, Conditioner, Shampoo, Body Lotion, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Laundry Detergent, Dishwashing Detergent, Dish Soap, and Trash Bags.

If you would like assistance with shopping for groceries or additional provisions before your arrival, we recommend Condo Concierge, Stockd Services, or Instacart.

Pack-n-plays and highchairs are available in limited quantities. Each reservation may request a maximum of one of each item, and all requests are subject to availability. Quantities are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis; requests must be made at check-in. For strollers and other baby gear, we suggest visiting Condocierge Baby Gear Rentals or Traveling Timmy Baby Gear Rentals.

Our resort community warmly welcomes guests of all ages. To book a stay, we kindly request that the primary guest listed on the reservation be at least 21 years old, remain in the rental property for the entire duration of the stay, and adhere to local occupancy ordinances.

Although both communities have partnered with Margaritaville for a coastal casual lifestyle, we are two separate communities and not related.

During the month of March there is a strict “no-drinking on the beach” ordinance in Panama City Beach.

At Margaritaville Beach Cottage Resort, reservations are made based on the type and floor plan of the home, ensuring that you receive the advertised size and number of rooms. While the specific home assignment occurs at check-in, the overall layout will match the type you reserved. However, please note that decor, furniture, balcony configuration, and minor variations in the floor plan might differ from the images or descriptions.

The Resort Oasis Day Pass at Margaritaville Beach Cottage Resort in Panama City Beach allows non-registered guests to enjoy select resort amenities without booking an overnight stay.

Resort Oasis Day Passes are available for non-registered guests, locals, visitors staying nearby, and anyone looking to enjoy a resort-style daycation experience in Panama City Beach.

Day Pass guests receive access to the zero-entry Oasis Pool, heated lazy river, H2O Adventure Slides, and pool deck areas. Guests can also enjoy food and beverage service from License to Chill and Salty Rim Bar.
