Peace of Mind for a Carefree Escape
As of August 16, 2021
As we continue to navigate a path of continued health and safety for our team members and guests, we remain vigilant in respecting and observing local, state, and federal guidelines even as they change. Margaritaville has updated its mask guidance, consistent with CDC, AHLA and OSHA recommendations.
Vaccinated team members and guests now have the choice whether to continue wearing face coverings or not, based on personal preference and in accordance with state and local laws. Unvaccinated team members and guests should continue to wear face coverings and practice physical distancing at all times in common areas of the property.
Thank you for your patience as we work to help prevent the further spread of the virus while providing a space for you and your family to confidently relax and escape. The following initiatives are based upon what we know about the virus, and what we hear from you, our guests, as to what is important when traveling away from home. You have our commitment we will continue to evaluate and adjust as we test these practices, always striving to deliver the Margaritaville quality and reputation that is a hallmark of our brand.
Please take a few moments to review these measures and, when you are ready, know that we are here and waiting to welcome you!

What is being done to ensure cleanliness and safety for housekeeping and room service?
Full housekeeping services will be completed with trash and tidy services for all rooms daily. All rooms will also be deep cleaned between each new check-in with expanded sanitation procedures. We are increasing our already diligent cleaning and sanitizing procedures. That includes using cleaning products and protocols that meet EPA guidelines and are proven effective against viruses, bacteria, and other airborne pathogens.
Public Spaces
We are going above and beyond our normal cleaning procedures in all common and high-traffic areas, increasing their intensity and frequency. That includes cleaning and sanitizing with soap and water, as well as cleaning agents approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
