With contemporary tropical living and guestroom spaces and a patio opening to the rooftop pool and entertaining area, the suite sets the stage for serious celebrating!  Hosting your party in a suite lets you determine the level of privacy and guest contact that fits your comfort zone.     
Perfect for celebrating birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, bridal showers, baby showers, small rehearsal parties, friends' weekends, or anything you want to celebrate, as an added plus, suite parties are the way to go for carefree hosting.
Included in your celebration package: 

• Use of suite, including living space, guest room, and patio area Special guest room rate for party guests
• 3 Hour evening celebration event for one-night rentals; 5-8pm, 6-9pm, or 7-10pm (daytime events require a two-night stay)
• Access to Pool for up to (4) non-registered guests
• Reserved fire pit area that seats up to (5) guests
• Food and Beverage credit to apply to the party  
• Drink specials at Fins Bar and Signature Celebratory Drink named after guest of honor served all day at Fins
• Commemorative gift for guest of honor
• Food and drinks may be purchased from Fins Bar or arranged with catering

Pricing Sunday thru Thursday:

• One-night party - $1200 
• Two-night stay with one party - $1800
• Food and Bar credit - $600

Pricing Friday and Saturday:

• One-night party - $2400 
• Two-night stay with one party - $3600
• Food and Bar credit - $1200
