What is the Jeep Invasion at Pigeon Forge?
The Jeep Club Invasion, also known as the Jeep Invasion, has grown into a three-day, fun-filled event held at the end of August that attracts thousands of people and their Jeeps to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. In years past, more than 40,000 people and 20,000 colorful Jeeps have cruised the streets of Pigeon Forge.
You can buy your ticket for each day at the door. There are no presales tickets, so it’s easy to walk-up and pay the admission fee. If you’re paying at the outdoor tent, you’ll need cash. Otherwise, pay cash or by credit car at the inside admissions area.
Once inside, you’ll find a ton of vendors selling all sorts of Jeep accessories and gear. Plus, there’s a car show contest, as well as group drives for you to explore the best of the Pigeon Forge area. A group-drive highlight is Invade the Cove, an 11-mile scenic drive through Cades Cove in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This popular one-way loop is known for its wildlife, including bears, white-tailed deer, coyotes, and more.
