Is there an age minimum for check-in at the Island Inn?
Yes. The minimum age to check-in is 21.
What time is check-in? Is early check in possible?
Check-in begins at 4:00PM EST. Early check-in is based on availability on the day of your arrival and may be subject to additional charges.
What time is check-out? Is late check-out possible?
Check-out is at 11:00AM EST. Late check-out is based on availability on the day of your departure and may be subject to additional charges.
What is your cancellation policy?
Most reservations can be cancelled free of charge up until 4:00PM EST two days before your arrival date and will be charged for one night stay plus tax if cancelled within 48 hours. Some rates and dates of stay have different cancellation policies as described at the time of booking. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for the applicable terms.
Does the Island Inn offer free parking? Does the Island Inn offer valet parking?
Each room reserved is guaranteed 1 parking space on property. Overnight self parking is complimentary. There is no valet parking available on property.
Is smoking allowed at the Island Inn?
We are a smoke-free facility and smoking is prohibited by law inside the building and on guestroom balconies. There are designated outdoor smoking areas throughout the property.
Are pets allowed at the Island Inn?
Sorry, as much as we love our furry friends, pets are not currently permitted at the Island Inn.
Is the Island Inn ADA accessible? What accessible features are offered?
Yes, the Island Inn is ADA accessible. ADA guest rooms are available with roll-showers, hearing impaired features, wider doorways, and extra grab bars in the showers (select rooms). Pool areas and public spaces are ADA accessible. Please contact us if you have additional questions about available accommodations.
Can I receive mail and packages at the Island Inn?
Yes, we will be happy to receive mail or deliveries on your behalf at no extra charge.
Does the Island Inn have car charging stations?
No, we do not have Tesla or EV charging stations at this time.
Is there a resort fee?
No, there is no resort fee applicable to reservations at this time.
Do the rooms have refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, and safes in them?
Yes, all of our accommodations are equipped with mini refrigerators, microwaves, safes, and Keurig coffee makers.
Do you have blenders for guest use in the rooms?
No, blenders are not available on property at this time.
Does the Island Inn provide airport transportation?
We do not provide airport transportation, however taxis and private car services are readily available at our location.
