Yes. The minimum age to check-in is 21.

Check-in begins at 4:00PM EST. Early check-in is based on availability on the day of your arrival and may be subject to additional charges.

Check-out is at 11:00AM EST. Late check-out is based on availability on the day of your departure and may be subject to additional charges.

Most reservations can be cancelled free of charge up until 4:00PM EST two days before your arrival date and will be charged for one night stay plus tax if cancelled within 48 hours.  Some rates and dates of stay have different cancellation policies as described at the time of booking. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for the applicable terms. 

Self-parking is available on property for $15 per day. Overnight valet parking is also available for $22 per day. Each room reserved is guaranteed 1 parking space on property. There is also a public parking garage across the street from the Resort entrance at Light #3.

We are a smoke-free facility and smoking is prohibited by law inside the building and on guest room balconies. There are designated outdoor smoking areas throughout the property.

Sorry, as much as we love our furry friends, pets are not currently permitted at the Resort.  

Yes, the Resort is ADA accessible. ADA guest rooms are available with roll-in showers, hearing impaired features, wider doorways, and extra grab bars in the showers (select rooms). Restaurants, pool areas, and public spaces are all ADA accessible. Please contact us if you have additional questions about available accommodations.

Yes, we will be happy to receive mail or deliveries on your behalf at no extra charge.

No, we do not have Tesla or EV charging stations at this time.

The Resort's St. Somewhere Spa and restaurants (Blue Moose Burgers & Wings, License to Chill, Joe Merchant's and Margaritaville Daiquiri Shack & Grill) are all open to the public, however the indoor and outdoor pool, splash area, and fitness center are reserved for Resort guests only.

No, there is no Resort fee applicable to reservations at this time.

No, all dining outlets are open to the public, including Blue Moose Burgers & Wings, Margaritaville Daiquiri Shack & Grill, and the License to Chill Bar located in the Resort.

Yes, all of our room accommodations are equipped with wet bars, mini refrigerators, microwaves, safes, and Keurig coffee makers.

Yes, blenders are available free of charge from the front desk upon request, subject to availability.  We also offer in-room packages with everything needed to make your own frozen concoctions.

We do not provide airport transportation, however taxis and private car services are readily available at our location.
