Q: What is being done to ensure cleanliness and safety for housekeeping and room service?
A: Full housekeeping services will be completed with trash and tidy services for all rooms daily. All rooms will also be deep cleaned between each new check-in with expanded sanitation procedures. We use cleaning products and protocols that meet EPA guidelines and are proven effective against viruses, bacteria, and other airborne pathogens.
Q: How does Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City prioritize cleanliness?
A: We go above and beyond in our cleaning procedures in all common and high-traffic areas. That includes cleaning and sanitizing with soap and water, as well as cleaning agents approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Q: Is hand sanitizer available to guests throughout the hotel?
A: Contactless hand sanitizing stations have been installed throughout the hotel for the added health and safety of our guests and team members. Team Members are also instructed to wash hands frequently.
