Spa Information

Age Requirements

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests 21 and over get one free drink after spa service. No alcohol is sold on-site. Non-alcoholic options are offered.

Cancellation Policy

Our policy requires a 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment incur a 50% charge of services plus service charges. No-shows are charged 100% for services, along with a 100% service charge.

Service Charge

For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be applied to your final bill. Gratuities for outstanding service are left to your discretion.

Spa Etiquette

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to complete the appropriate forms and have time to dress down to your comfort level. Should you arrive late, we will make every effort to accommodate you for your full-service time, we may shorten the treatment time to not run into the service of another guest.
