Holiday Lights
Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville are decked out with more than 15 million lights in a 25-mile stretch during the annual Smoky Mountain Winterfest Celebration from November 22, 2025, to January 4, 2025. Take a drive down the Pigeon Forge parkway for a spectacular view of the 12 Days of Christmas in lights, or head to Gatlinburg and Sevierville to see each town's intricate light displays.
Be sure to explore Pigeon Forge's Wonders of Light Walking Trail, an enchanting free outdoor holiday lights adventure. The paved trail showcases over 45 nature-themed musical light displays, including vibrant butterflies, oversized wildflowers, and the whimsical Old Man Winter. Margaritaville Island Hotel offers the perfect home base to enjoy this new attraction, with the walking trail starting adjacent to The Island.

Wonders of Light Christmas Village

Enjoy the festivities at Patriot Park in Pigeon Forge, featuring over 35 booths showcasing artisans and crafters with a variety of seasonal and gift items, including delicious holiday treats. Admission is free.

Gatlinburg Christmas Parade
December 5
Gatlinburg's Annual Fantasy of Lights Parade kicks off at 7:30 pm in Downtown Gatlinburg, featuring lighted floats, marching bands, giant holiday balloons, and over a million twinkling lights.

The town's 63rd Annual Christmas Parade starts at 11:00 am in Historic Downtown Sevierville.

Winterfest at The Island in Pigeon Forge
Opens November 22
Celebrate the season at The Island with a 40-foot-high LED Christmas Tree and The Island Winterfest Fountain Show. Nightly Shows are every evening at 6 pm, 7 pm, 8 pm, and 9 pm through Sunday, January 4th. No admission fee required for the fountain show.
