Updated December 9, 2020: Please note, our resort is currently open, subject to state and local mandates. As per the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Regional Stay at Home Order dated 12/2/2020, we are unfortunately unable to accept or honor out of state reservations for non-essential travel, unless the reservation is for at least the minimum time period required for quarantine and the persons identified in the reservation will quarantine in the resort until after that time period has expired. Visit CDPH for more information on this order and please continue to check our website for updates. We look forward to welcoming you to paradise as soon as we can.
Welcoming Guests Back with Our Commitment to Health & Sanitation
In accordance with state guidelines, all guests and team members are required to wear masks throughout the property including lobby areas, restaurants, pool decks, meeting spaces, and outdoor common areas. Guests may remove masks while actively engaging in eating or drinking or when swimming in the pool. Our team will request that guests place a mask on whenever necessary and service may not be rendered to anyone who does not comply. If you require a mask, please ask a team member and we will be happy to provide one to you. Masks are not required to be worn in the guestrooms.
Fostering a shared responsibility for the well-being of our staff, guests, and community is one of Margaritaville’s guiding principles. As we welcome guests and team members back to our resort and restaurants, we stand committed to our passion of creating and delivering fun and escapism in a safe, comfortable environment.
Our resort received comprehensive health and sanitation protocols and completed a 172-point verification process prior to reopening, which included health training for all management and staff returning to work.
Our resort’s precautionary standards have been carefully developed based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the National Restaurant Association (NRA), and American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA).
