Opening in Summer 2024

Nestled on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, with nearby beaches, museums, shopping centers, and historic sites, the newly renovated Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod is scheduled to open in Summer 2024. The resort will feature 272 island-inspired guestrooms and suites, a range of on-site amenities including the Fins Up! Indoor Water Park, an outdoor pool, St. Somewhere Spa (opening late Summer 2024), Fins Up! Fitness Center, Parakeets Kid’s Club, and a Fin City Arcade, along with signature Margaritaville bars and eateries.

For guests booking this summer, please pardon our sand as there will be on-going work done for a time even after the resort opens. Some areas may not be fully accessible for guests and minor noise and construction activity may also be present. While we are fully committed to delivering Margaritaville and making sure your stay is enjoyable, we also want to make sure all guests are aware of our efforts to put the final touches on paradise.
