Check-In Time: 2:00 pm for RV Sites / 3:00 pm for Cabins. Balance is due upon arrival.
Personal checks will not be accepted. Early check-in is based upon availability.
Check-Out Time: 11:00 am for RV Sites / 10:00 am for Cabins. The late Check-Out fee is $30 for each guest who wishes to stay and use the amenities. Late check-out is not an option if your site is reserved for the same day. Contact the resort office for further details.
Quiet Time: Our quiet time is from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Please be courteous to the guests around you during all hours of day.
Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of people allowed per RV site is 7. The maximum number of people per cabin is 4 to 6, depending on which cabin model you reserved.
Wrist Bands: All guests and guests’ visitors are required to wear their provided wrist bands at all times while on Camp Margaritaville Aburndale property. If wrist band falls off or breaks, please bring it to the Front Desk for a replacement.
Children: All children must be at their site or accompanied by an adult by 10:00 pm. Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety and conduct of their children; please keep an eye on them. All children must have adult supervision while in or around the pool facilities. All children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Pets: There is a limit of 2 pets on all sites. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Pets are limited to dogs and cats. No wild or exotic animals are allowed. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. Pet owner must pick up and discard pet waste upon occurrence. Pets must be on leash at all times except in the dog parks. Please note that pets are not permitted near the pool or at the Tiki Bar. You may access the small dog park from the west entrance near the large dog park.
Pets should not be left alone inside of a cabin or RV. From time to time, our Central Florida area has power outages due to lightning or other circumstances unrelated to our Resort Operations. Even though these events are infrequent, it could cause devastating consequences due to heat build up if your pet is left alone inside.
Pet Cabins: We have a small designated amount of pet-friendly cabins. If you are in a cabin that is not permitted for pets, please do not bring a pet into the cabin. Any additional cleaning or repairs due to having pets in cabins will be accessed and charged to the reservation holder. Visitors: Registered Guests are responsible for their visitors. Only four visitors are allowed per site or cabin and all visitors *must* register at the Camp Store and pay the visitor fee, which is $10 per person, per day. Wristbands will be handed out at the Camp Store and must be displayed on all visitors.
Management reserves the right to make changes to this policy at their sole discretion without notice.
Vehicles / Golf Carts: One vehicle is included in the site fee. All ATV/UTV and other large terrain vehicles are prohibited. The only 4-wheeled vehicles permitted in our park are cars, trucks or adequately insured golf cart. Personal Carts must be registered and tagged for use while at Camp Margaritaville Auburndale.
*Golf Cart Drivers must be 18 years or older and must have Drivers License.
Management is not responsible for damage, injury or loss to either person or property. The Owner / Management of Camp Margaritaville RV Resort and Cabana Cabins, Auburndale absolves themselves from any and all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, Acts of God, property damage, accident or any other cause whatsoever Please return all rental golf carts and keys at the end of your golf cart reservation to the Ranger Station. Golf Carts are due by 11:00am.
Mail: Guests may have mail forwarded to 361 Denton Ave, Auburndale, FL 33823. All mail can be picked up at the Camp Store.
Swimming Pool & Splash Pad: Use of the swimming pool and splash pad are limited to registered guests and their visitors during the posted hours of operations.
The splash pad is designated for toddlers to children up to 10 years old. All children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Tiki Bar Hours and Rules: Only alcohol purchased at the Tiki Bar or the Camp Store may be brought to the Pool and other common areas. Coolers and personal alcohol must remain and be consumed at your site or cabin. By law, children are not permitted to sit at the bar.
Fire Pits: The common fire pits in the amenities area are seasonal.
Front Desk / Camp Store: Hours of operation are from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Sunday - Wednesday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm on Thursday, and 8:00am-8:00pm on Friday - Saturday. (These are subject to change.) Bathhouses: Comfort Stations throughout the property are open 24/7. The Bathhouse by the pool will close at the same time as the pool.
Smoking / Vaping: Smoking and / or vaping is not permitted in the cabana cabins or at the pool, Tiki Bar or other common areas. There is a designated smoking area at the bottom of the steps out front of the Camp Store and the Lookout Deck.
Sewer Hook-Up: All sewer hoses must be undamaged and sewer connections tight.
Wastewater: any discharge of wastewater is strictly prohibited.
Campfires: No campfires are allowed in the resort, except the LP gas fire pits. Allowed: LP gas for BBQ’s, LP gas fire pits, or LP gas heater. Charcoal grills on site for charcoal only.
Outdoor Space: Please DO NOT remove the picnic table at your RV site or Cabin. Please DO NOT remove the chairs from your cabin porch. Golf Carts and Bicycles can be kept outside on the site. Please keep your site / cabin clean at all times.
Trash Pick-Up: Please place your trash out at the front of your lot or cabin between 7:00-9:00 am or place into the trash dumpster stations that have been strategically placed throughout the resort property. Trash pick up will be completed each morning at 9:00 am. After 9:00 am, please take trash to one of the dumpsters. Place all trash in plastic bags and be sure they are sealed before putting out for pick up or in dumpsters.
*Do not leave trash outside in the evening or overnight.*
Future Reservations: We recommend booking for future travel before you leave as sites will fill up quickly.
Respect Your Neighbor: DO NOT cut through sites and please keep your possessions on your site.
Noise: All guests should be courteous to other guests, ensuring noise levels are acceptable even during the day. No loud music, radio’s, TV’s during quiet times (starting at 10:00 pm). No generators may be used while inside the resort.
Driving Under the Influence: While alcohol is permitted at your campsite or cabin, please consume in a responsible manner. For everybody’s safety driving under the influence is strictly prohibited for all vehicles and golf carts.
Speed Limit: The speed limit is 5mph on all resort roads. The speed limit will be strictly enforced. Offenders may be asked to leave the property as we want all of our guests to be safe and comfortable.
Emergency Policies: General Emergency: Dial 9-1-1! Our address is 361 Denton Avenue, Auburndale FL, 33823 then state your site or cabin number.
Medical Emergency: Same as above.
Fire Emergency: Same as above.
Owners and/or management assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to clientele and guests. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) without refund for detrimental conduct.
Management reserves the right to add or change any rules at any given time.
Management reserves the right to limit or deny any passes for visitors that are not registered and staying with the RV Owner or Cabin Renter.
