Age Requirement

Salon services are available to guests of any age. Guests under the age of 18 receiving massages or facials must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of their treatment. The lounges and amenity areas are not available to persons under the age of 18.

Reservations

We welcome same day bookings based on availability, however, to ensure your preferred treatment or therapist we encourage you
to schedule your treatments in advance. All reservations must be secured with a major card.

Spa Attire

We invite you to come dressed as you are most comfortable. You will be provided with bathrobes and slippers upon arrival. Bathing suits are mandatory for hot tub use.

Spa Check-In

We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This will allow for leisurely check-in and maximum relaxation.

Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment, we may have to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for the next guest.

Special Consideration

St. Somewhere Spa is an oasis of shared relaxation and as such, we ask that you respect fellow guests. We ask that you shower prior to body treatments and before utilizing the hot tub. The use of cell phones and smoking is prohibited.

Prices & Service Charge

Prices are subject to change at any time. All services are subject to an automatic 20% service charge and a government mandated Value Added Tax. Gratuity for exemplary service is discretionary.

Groups & Corporate Events

Allow our Groups Reservation Team to plan the perfect spa day or corporate retreat that will make your company the envy of the town.

Your spa and salon appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A 4 hour notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule. Cancellations in less than the 4 hours and no shows will require a charge of 100% of the treatment price. Group cancellations are subject to the group’s contract.
