The Frosted Cabanas
Starting November 19th, the pool deck transforms into a wonderland of warmth and whimsy. Our six enclosed and heated cabanas become private winter escapes inspired by sun, sand, and just the right amount of snow. Each cabana features plush lounge seating, blankets, a heater, board games, a TV, and a Bluetooth speaker - the perfect setting for toasting with friends under twinkling lights.
Each Frosted Cabana comes with its own island spirit and festive flair:

- The Frosty Flamingo
- Holiday at the Reef
- Fa La La Lagoon
- Snow on the Sand
- Holiday at Hibiscus
Sip and snack from a curated holiday menu featuring tropical favorites with a festive twist - think Tropical Bruschetta, Jerk Chicken Skewers, Passionfruit Cheesecake Bites, and Build-Your-Own S’mores. Cheers with seasonal cocktails like The Sunken Sleigh (prosecco, orange, and pomegranate), Santa’s Shipwreck (blackberry moonshine and citrus), or a cozy Kraken’s Kiss Hot Chocolate topped with toasted marshmallows. Going zero-proof? Try the Sweater Weather or Citrus Spark mocktails.
Each two-hour cabana rental includes a build-your-own hot chocolate tray, spiced nuts, and pretzel sticks. Open Wednesday through Sunday for up to 10 guests per cabana. $200 on Sunday/Wednesday/Thursday | $250 Friday - Saturday. Reservations are available now on OpenTable.

The Frosted Reef Pop-Up Bar
Making its big splash November 26th, The Frosted Reef brings an exclusive under-the-sea holiday experience to the first level of LandShark Bar & Grill. Dive into shimmering decor, tropical lights, and a festive food and drink menu that’ll put the “sea” in seasonal.
Savor menu favorites like French Onion Burger Sliders, Sweet Potato Poutine, Coconut Shrimp with Mango Chili Sauce, and Maple Brussels Sprouts. Wash it all down with creative cocktails like the Dark Tide (spiced mulled wine), Seasick Crocodile (a fruit-forward island punch), or Blackbeard’s Brew (an espresso martini with a tropical kick). Mocktail fans can unwind with Sweater Weather or Citrus Spark.
Open Wednesday through Sunday, 5:00PM to Midnight (food service until midnight). Reservations are $10 per person for a 90-minute seating; group size limited to six guests, ages 21+. Walk-ins welcome, space permitting.
