WATER SPORTS EQUIPMENT
All equipment is accompanied by a brand new ski rope and a $200 deposit is required for each piece of equipment rented at time of booking. The $200 security deposit will be returned when equipment is returned undamaged. Rates are subject to change. Reservations for equipment must be made in-person at time of visit.

PERSONAL WATERCRAFT
Harbor Landing at Lanier Islands does not directly rent personal watercraft (JetSki, WaveRunner, Sea-Doo, etc.) We can recommend a local third-party vendor that offers personal watercraft rentals located on property.
BOAT RENTAL GUIDELINES
Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card to rent; must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s
license to drive the boat. Prices do not include 7% sales tax, or fuel.
Pet Rental Fee: Renter is allowed to have pets under this agreement on a rented boat. A non-refundable fee of $30.00 per pet will be charged at the time of booking. This Pet Fee does not apply to Service Animals and their Owners with applicable Service Animal Paperwork submitted through email prior to arrival or in person at check in. Damage or excessive cleaning needed will result in the holding of Renter’s deposit by Islands Entertainment LLC until the charges for cleaning, fumigation, and/or damages are assessed. MINIMUM CHARGE IS $150.00(not applicable to animals for disabled persons).
NOTE: A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on the renter’s credit card the day of the rental to cover any incidental damage that may occur during the boat rental. Nothing will be charged to the card if there is no damage to the boat. However, if there is any damage to the boat, the security deposit will be used to cover the cost of repairs plus the renter will be responsible for any damage beyond the $500 covered by the security deposit. We ask that all renters please take care of our boats as if they were their own. We want everyone to have a fun and safe time while on the water!
FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: Renter acknowledges and agrees that the notification of cancellation must be received by Islands Entertainment LLC two weeks or more prior to the scheduled outing to have Renter’s full boat rental fee refunded. A $50.00 cancellation fee will apply for 4-hour rentals and a $100.00 cancellation fee will apply for 8-hour rentals. Any cancellation made 13 days or less before rental date, Renter shall forfeit the full amount of the boat rental with no refund and applicable cancellation fees. Any failure to appear “No-Show” without notice will result in forfeiture of the full payment of the Rental charge and applicable cancellations fees. Cancellation fees will not be waived under any circumstances.
Rescheduling Policy: Should renter need to reschedule, notice must be given to Islands Entertainment LLC no less than 2 weeks prior to boat rental date and reschedule must be made within 7 days of the original boat rental date for no additional charge. Any reschedule of a boat rental made 8 days or more after original boat rental date shall be deemed a cancellation and the renter shall forfeit the full amount of the boat rental with no refund and applicable cancellations fees. Additional fees may apply dependent on date of rescheduling

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICIES
Reservations of any kind are non-refundable.
Boats will go out if the weather is safe. Cloudy weather, slight drizzling, or cold temperatures are not valid for a cancellation. It is advisable to view the local weather forecast prior to making your reservation.
Should inclement weather occur during your rental time period, your time on the water may be prorated and a voucher for the time missed may be issues based on how long you were out.
You must show up to your reservation to receive an inclement weather voucher due to weather conditions that are affecting your rental time. A “no show” will forfeit the entire reservation fee and cannot be used towards a future rental.
Should weather be deemed dangerous or unsafe, we will waive the administrative fee to move a reservation to a future date for the same boat type and time frame booked. New reservation will need to be booked within one year of rental date.
