Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach Resort local discount membership will not apply to the following: Promotional pricing (to include any happy hour or holiday promotions), any other discount promotions/programs/coupons (otherwise referred to as stacking discounts), taxes, fees, 3rd-party vendors (examples include: bike rental, jet-ski rental, golf cart etc), cabana rentals, valet, spa, and room rates.

**ACKNOWLEDGEMENT** By signing up and using the Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach Resort local discount membership, “I and me” referring to the participant/applicant/resident to which the membership has been approved, I acknowledge and agree to the privacy policy listed here and in this disclaimer. I understand that any violation of this agreement will result in the immediate termination and disqualification of this program and any future discount programs.
