A daily resort fee of $45 plus tax will be added to your nightly rate. This fee provides access to a variety of amenities designed to enhance your stay, including:

Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.

Reservations must be guaranteed with credit card at time of booking and a one night deposit of room and tax will be collected at the time of booking. Deposit is refundable until 14 days prior to arrival. Guests who cancel within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit of one night room and tax. 

Guests must cancel 5 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge of 1 night room and tax. Guests that fail to arrive on their expected arrival date will forfeit their 1-night deposit and the reservation will be cancelled for the rest of their stay. 

Guests who depart earlier than expected will be charged a minimum of one night's room and tax.

Due to the popularity of the resort, early check-in may not be possible. However, we can store your bags and invite you to enjoy the resort's amenities until your room is ready.  

Late check-outs are on request only and should be made to our Guest Service Team. Any check-outs granted past 11:00am through 2:00pm will be charged a $25.00 hourly fee and requests past 2:00pm will be charged the full rate of the day.

Using the existing bedding, King rooms can comfortably accommodate two adults, Double Queen rooms can comfortably accommodate four adults and Suites can comfortably accommodate six adults. Rooms do not have sleepers sofas and roll-aways are not available. All guests must be registered and will be given a wristband for access to the resort. King rooms include 2 wristbands, Double Queen rooms include 4 wristbands and Suites include six wristbands. An additional wristband for children between the ages of 3-17 may be purchased for an additional charge. Children under 3 are free.   

A daily authorization of $100 will be held on your credit card for incidental charges. 

The minimum age to reserve a room and for check-in is 21.

There will be up to 2 wristbands issued for King rooms, up to 4 wristbands issued for Two Queen rooms and up to 6 wristbands for Suites.

We won't often say no during your trip to Paradise but the resort is fully smoke-free, including outdoor areas affiliated with Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach. This includes the Fins Up! Beach Club, the Sunset Terrace, and outdoor dining areas. Guests who violate the smoke-free policy will be charged a minimum of $250 and be asked to leave the resort premises. Smoke-free includes vaping, cigarettes, cigars, and other paraphernalia. 

Laid back isn't just a state of mind, it’s a style too! Resort casual is appropriate and encouraged. On the Sunset Terrace, in the lobby, and in the restaurants, guests should plan to wear coverups, tops, and bottoms, and pool attire is welcomed at Fins Up! Beach Club.  

Our large heated lagoon pool is located inside the Fins Up! Beach Club overlooking the beach and offers an expansive sundeck with plenty of seating areas throughout. 

The height of the parking garage at Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach is 8 feet.

We are happy to welcome your traveling canine companions. To participate in the pet program, please inform the front desk at least three days prior to arrival so we can set up a pet-tacular experience for you. Dogs must weigh under 75 pounds and a one time cleaning fee will be assessed during your stay for cleaning. 

Your fur-baby may dine with you in the patio areas outside License to Chill Bar & Grill and Lah De Dah Beach Bar. Dogs are not permitted inside Fins Up! Beach Club, the fitness center, or JWB Grill.  

Pets should be leashed during their visit to Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach.

Pets may be left in their room as long as the animal is settled and quiet. The owner will provide a cell phone number in order to locate guest in event of an emergency. 

We'd love to say yes, but regret that pets are not allowed inside the pool area of Fins Up! Beach Club. Service animals are an exception to this policy.

For the comfort of your pet, yourselves, and other guests it's encouraged that pets who are loud or noisy (barking) not be left alone while at the resort. Should a pet become disruptive to the vibe and energy of the resort, the noise policy may be enforced.

Room attendants will enter guest rooms with pets only when the registered guest is present. This is as much for the pet's comfort as the room attendant. For your convenience, please call housekeeping to arrange a suitable time to have your room serviced.

Dogs must be walked/curbed outside the resort and local ordinances should be followed.

Locals and non-resort guests are welcome to visit St. Somewhere Spa, Live Like a Song retail shop, Coconut Telegraph Coffee Shop, License to Chill Bar & Grill on the Sunset Terrace, JWB Grill, and Lah De Dah Bar & Grill.  

Your wristband at Fins Up! Beach Club is valid until 5:00 PM on the day of your check-out. This means you can enjoy access to our amenities and services until 5:00 PM on the day you are scheduled to leave. We hope you make the most of your stay with us!

Small wedding? No problem. Massive party? Bring it on. At Margaritaville, we believe every love story deserves its own epic celebration - Margaritaville style!  Celebrations can range in size from intimate gatherings to events with up to 200+ attendees.  

Your wedding is one of the most special days of your life and we're excited for you to kick off married life in paradise. To help you create the wedding of your dreams, we recommend the use of a professional wedding planner, however it is not a requirement. The resort can provide a list of preferred planners who are familiar with our facility for your consideration if interested. 

Celebrations planned outdoors provide a beautiful backdrop on the Gulf.  Should weather be a concern, the resort will determine six hours prior to the start of your first booked event if the celebration needs to be moved indoors. 

With flexible packages tailored to your style and budget, your wedding will be as unique as your love story whether you’re planning an intimate ceremony or a lively celebration with family and friends. Pricing can vary based on day of week and time of year.

Site fees are designed to accommodate a range of celebrations, from intimate ceremonies to larger gatherings.  Ceremony Fee includes white chairs for guests.  Reception rental includes tables (72" rounds) & high tops, basic chairs, basic linen (white or black), classic dinnerware (white), classic silverware, glassware, and a dance floor (indoor receptions only for dance floor). 

Outside caterers are not permitted, as our dynamic culinary team is dedicated to delivering a high-quality dining experience tailored to your event.  Couple are able to bring in a custom cake from an outside caterer.  This policy ensures the safety of all guests and allows us to maintain the highest standards of service and food quality. If you have specific menu requests or dietary needs, our team is happy to work with you to create a customized menu that reflects your vision.  

Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach provides a curated list of preferred vendors for services such as florals, entertainment, photography, officiants, and transportation. We encourage, but do not require, couples to use these trusted professionals because of their extensive experience and firsthand knowledge of the resort, ensuring a seamless and exceptional event.  

While open flames are not allowed, we understand the desire for sparkle and a lively celebration. Our team can recommend lighting specialists who use creative visual effects to bring exciting and memorable themes to life for your event.

At Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach, the music and groove are a huge part of our days and nights. The resort event space is ideal for a DJ and / or a small sized band. 

We recommend that wedding parties reserve their accommodations for the night before the celebration to ensure ample time and space to get ready. Please note that the resort does not provide a dedicated wedding ready room for events.

The resort utilizes cleaning products and protocols that meet EPA guidelines and are proven effective against viruses, bacteria, and other airborne pathogens. 

Contactless hand sanitizing stations are installed throughout the resort for the added health and safety of our guests and team members.

We're rolling out the sandy carpet for all you beach lovers out there. Fins Up! Beach Club Day Passes are your golden ticket to paradise, and they will be up for grabs every single day of the year and are available for purchase on our website. Just like the ebb and flow of the tide, our inventory and pricing for a day pass to Fins Up! Beach Club will vary based on the resort's occupancy and the day of the week.

Bring a valid photo ID and your booking ID: Day pass guests check in at the Tiki Hut located at Fins Up! Beach Club. 

No outside food and drinks, speakers, coolers, pets, glass containers, or pool floats are allowed in Fins Up! Beach Club.  Child safety flotation devices are allowed.  Smoking, Vaping, and the use of chewing tobacco are prohibited. 

Empty tumblers/cups are permitted (must also be empty upon exit and re-entry).

We highly encourage checking the weather forecast prior to your upcoming booking date! If weather is predicted to impact your booking, you are able to cancel online or contact us to reschedule, prior to the closure of your booking's cancelation window. 

Unless otherwise stated on your booking confirmation, Day Passes to Fins Up! Beach Club can be cancelled up until 11:59 the day before to your booking for a full refund. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable after the cancellation window has closed. This includes same-day and no-show bookings. If you don't show up, the fee will be the total price of the reservation.
No refund will be made for cancellations made on the day of purchase.   

Average high temperatures for June - August are 92° Fahrenheit during the day with average lows around 72° Fahrenheit in the evening. 

The summer months are the most prone to rain with an average chance of precipitation being 43% on any given day. However, many afternoon showers pass by after 30 minutes, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the day.

The spring and the fall are the busiest months for tourism in Fort Myers Beach. The summer still has a lot of visitors from all over but also provides more opportunities to engage with the local community.

Corkage is $25 for bottles not on our list with a two bottle maximum per party.

You have 24 hours to cancel reservations. If cancelled within 24 hours, there is a $25 fee per person.

Window requests are taken however NEVER guaranteed as we do get many requests.

We have one round table in house that can seat up to 6 guests.

Dress code is no swimwear and no tank tops for men.

JWB Grill does take walk-ins however we always recommend a reservation for the main dining room. Bar and Lounge are always open seating.
