B-52 isn’t a brewery, this is a lab where we tinker and experiment to develop truly unique, hand-crafted beverages. A place where the main ingredient is risk, and the final products are one-of-a-kind. Ours is a sanctuary for styles and flavors that few other breweries in the United States create. It’s why we were named “Best New Brewery in Texas” the year we opened, and why we won’t stop doing what we love until we’re recognized as one of the best craft breweries in the world. So, if you’re looking for a frosty glass of “same-old same-old,” you’ve come to the wrong place.
Founded in 2008, this outfit—started by a former Saint Arnold brew master—makes the popular ale known as Bombshell Blonde, and it’s well worth embarking on one of the brewery’s twice-daily weekend tours, where lucky visitors get to experience the olfactory bliss of standing in the fridge where they store all the hops.
Copperhead Brewery's creators share a passion for unique and well brewed beers which inspired them to make a premium product made with fresh, quality ingredients. Our goal is to make quality craft beer for consumers and offer a fun and friendly environment for people to relax and enjoy others' company.
Fass produces beers of the highest quality with respect for tradition and a spark of creativity. These beers are expertly served out of our timeless taproom with reverence for the people who shaped our present.
We've got our roots in one of the world's greatest places to party - where the sun is always shining, the tide is just right and the beer flows freely. LandShark Lager is a complex blend of hops and two-row caramel malts with a light, refreshing taste and a hint of malty sweetness.
What began as a passion led to fulfilling a dream for two dedicated Texas school teachers. This dream developed into a desire to produce quality wines from grapes not only sourced from our home state of Texas, but from diverse viticultural areas. Bernhardt Winery is a scenic Tuscan-style winery located in Plantersville, Texas that produces 100% Texas wines, American classic varietals and unique blends, and the newly released ancient Antiquity Wine Curation series.
Two Frenchmen, who met and became friends in Texas, decided one night while drinking wine together, to become business partners. Philippe Legrand, the son of a French wine merchant, and Steve Hari, an experienced winemaker from Burgundy, learned early in their friendship that they both had a passion for wine. Hari, who reluctantly sold his vineyard in France after moving to Texas with his wife, was excited to discover that viniculture was a growing industry in the state. Steve and Philippe established H-Wines Winery in 2017 in Coldspring, Texas. Two years later they opened a tasting room in Montgomery, TX. What began in France now continues in Texas. Hari is putting into practice his Burgundy-style winemaking methods, only now, he's using Texas grapes. Texas and France. . .the perfect pairing.
In 2017 James Barber had an epiphany. The time was right to leave a career in law enforcement with Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and pursue a dream. Through planning, hard work, and creativity B.E. Winery was born. Our logo features the thin blue line in the center, as well as a five point star reminiscent of the star worn by deputies. James, Chris, and Jack all worked for the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office in the Patrol Division for many years before entering the wine industry. The winery was founded in 2017 and continues to bring fine wine, food, and music to the North Houston / Conroe area. B.E. Winery's focus is providing high-quality fine wines using old-world winemaking techniques. We continue to learn from some of the best in the industry in order to provide the best wine drinking experience.
The art of winemaking is a lot like life – a rich mosaic of flavors, textures, aromas and experiences. Sourced from estate vineyards situated along the coastal region of Monterey County, California, the wines of mō zāik deliciously express their origin. Our 12 estate vineyards are located along a 70-mile spread of the Salinas Valley, encompassing four primary climate zones. This sizable and climatically diverse region is defined by morning fog, strong winds, cool temperatures and abundant sunshine. The cooling effect of the chilly marine air allows grapes to ripen more slowly and evenly, leading to exceptional wines that exhibit intense fruit flavors, deep color extraction, and full varietal expression.
The Ferm: Short for fermentation because that is what we do! We ferment! We are also surrounded by law firms so yeah, a little word-play on our friendly neighbors! What is Mead anyhow? Simply put, mead is honey wine. Honey and water fermented with yeast.
It sounds simple however it can make many transformations with the addition of fruits, spices or hops just to name a few.
Depending on the style, you can drink it like a beer or sip it like a wine. It's up to you and your taste buds!
