Book Two Years
Receive everything from year one PLUS*:
• We’ll extend the same guest suite rate up to 2 years out
• Comp 1 per 40 guest suites
• One complimentary Lake Cottage
• Complimentary one-hour Margarita Welcome Reception
*Year two contract must be signed at the same time as the year one contract.
Book Three Years
Receive everything from year one & year two PLUS*:
• Guest suite rate not to exceed more than a 10% increase of the first year’s contracted rate
• Comp 1 per 30 guest suites
• We’ll provide a Jimmy Buffett Tribute Band as live entertainment at your complimentary Margarita Welcome Reception!
