A recognized hotel industry veteran, Tom Faust, now the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the new Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe | Houston, joined BENCHMARK, a Global Hospitality Company, as Vice President of Sales on February 29, 2016. Previously Tom was with Omni Hotels & Resorts for nine years as Vice President, Sales. In his leadership role, Faust was responsible for creating and directing revenue generating strategies across for the entire luxury hotel brand. Prior to joining Omni, Faust spent eight years at the Anatole in Dallas under both the Wyndham and Hilton flags. Prior to that he also spent 18 years with Sheraton and Starwood Hotels, in a variety of operations, marketing and sales roles at both the corporate and field level.
Faust also has served on the MPI Foundation Board, Executive Board of Governors of the University of North Texas Hospitality School, and The Board of Directors of the ATT Cotton Bowl.
Dustin joins the Benchmark family most recently from The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa. Through his 19 years in the hospitality industry, he spent his first 15 on the operations side, working various roles in Banquets, Audio Visual, Hotel F&B Outlets, Free-Standing Restaurants and PGA Golf properties. The last 4 years have been on the Sales side, where he is able to use his diverse background to ensure that his client’s needs and expectations are always met.
Dustin is married to his high school sweetheart and they have two young children. He and his wife love the live music scene, cooking, traveling and making fun experiences for their children.
Jessica proudly joined the Benchmark family as a Senior Sales Manager in 2019 when she was offered the incredible opportunity to be a part of the property’s transformation to Margaritaville Lake Resort. Jessica has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, most of which were spent at this very resort prior to it becoming a Margaritaville. The team jokingly refers to her as “The BOGO Deal”.
Over the past decade, Jessica has worked in various sales and catering roles and previously held the position of Senior Catering Sales Manager. With her sales and operational knowledge, Jessica also brings a passion for people and an abiding love for this resort and the Lake Conroe community to her role as Senior Sales Manager.
A true “local”, Jessica was born, raised and still resides in Montgomery County, Texas. In her free time, you’ll find Jessica spending time with family, in the kitchen whipping up one of her many signature sweet treats, or in a lawn chair behind home plate at her son’s baseball game.
Lynnanne joined the resort most recently from Driftwood Hospitality, where she was the area corporate sales manager. Throughout her career, Lynnanne spent time in similar positions with Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt. She also served as the assistant sales director for La Torretta Lake Resort & Spa.
In 2019, she was nominated as “Group Salesperson of the Year” for Aimbridge Hospitality (Marriott). During her tenure at La Torretta Resort, she was also named manager of the month several times and received recognition for generating the highest revenue.
Lynneanne received her Bachelor of Science in marketing and business management from the University of Illinois in Chicago. She earned her Associate of Business Administration from Harry Truman College, also in Chicago.
Blair is a Los Angeles, CA native who previously worked at well-known hotels such as the Beverly Hilton and the Arizona Biltmore. After attending the University of Arizona, she got her start in the hotel industry as a poolside cabana server in sunny Phoenix, and spent several years in Food & Beverage. Blair developed a passion for a career in the hospitality industry during her 20's, when she spent many years traveling and exploring new places around the world.
Blair loves spending time with friends and family, animals (particularly her 65-pound lap dog, Rosco) and traveling. While she misses the Pacific Coast beaches, she is excited to put down roots in the Lone Star State. She is very proud to have become a Sales Manager at Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe | Houston.
Juelisa is the newest addition to our Margaritaville Family; she joined us from Marriott hotels, where she gained ample experience in The Woodlands sales market. She loves to build lasting relationships with her clients, and helps them enjoy the planning process!
Juelisa is a new mom to a 10-month-old boy, and she has three Golden retrievers. She also enjoys creating fun and memorable experiences with her family!
Kenna is a proud graduate from Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management at University of Houston, and has over 20 years of dedicated service in the hospitality industry. Most of those years were proudly spent at this very property, before it became a Margaritaville Lake Resort.
Kenna is blessed to be a mom of an incredible teenage daughter, who currently attends Montgomery High School. Kenna is passionate about living life to the fullest, while laughing and creating fun memories along the way. This is what makes her an extra special event planner.
