Meet the Margaritaville Sales Team

Tom Faust

VICE PRESIDENT, SALES & MARKETING

A recognized hotel industry veteran, Tom Faust, now the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the new Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe | Houston, joined BENCHMARK, a Global Hospitality Company, as Vice President of Sales on February 29, 2016. Previously Tom was with Omni Hotels & Resorts for nine years as Vice President, Sales.  In his leadership role, Faust was responsible for creating and directing revenue generating strategies across for the entire luxury hotel brand.  Prior to joining Omni, Faust spent eight years at the Anatole in Dallas under both the Wyndham and Hilton flags. Prior to that he also spent 18 years with Sheraton and Starwood Hotels, in a variety of operations, marketing and sales roles at both the corporate and field level.   

Faust also has served on the MPI Foundation Board, Executive Board of Governors of the University of North Texas Hospitality School, and The Board of Directors of the ATT Cotton Bowl. 

Jessica Thornbrough

DIRECTOR OF SALES

Jessica proudly stepped into the role of Senior Sales Manager in 2019, when she was offered the incredible opportunity to be part of the resort’s transformation to Margaritaville Lake Resort. With nearly 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry—most of them right here at this resort, prior to Margaritaville—Jessica has become affectionately known by her team as “The BOGO Deal.” 
Her diverse background in Group Sales and Catering, combined with her genuine passion for people and her abiding love for the resort, make her a natural fit to embody the fun and welcoming spirit of the Margaritaville brand. Jessica now embarks on her newest journey at the resort as the Director of Sales for Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake Conroe | Houston.  
A proud Montgomery County, Texas native, Jessica is deeply rooted in the community she serves. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, cheering on her son at baseball and soccer, and sharing her love of baking and cooking with friends and loved ones. 

Lynnanne Hamel

SENIOR SALES MANAGER

Lynnanne joined the resort most recently from Driftwood Hospitality, where she was the area corporate sales manager. Throughout her career, Lynnanne spent time in similar positions with Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt. She also served as the assistant sales director for La Torretta Lake Resort & Spa. 

In 2019, she was nominated as “Group Salesperson of the Year” for Aimbridge Hospitality (Marriott). During her tenure at La Torretta Resort, she was also named manager of the month several times and received recognition for generating the highest revenue. 

Lynneanne received her Bachelor of Science in marketing and business management from the University of Illinois in Chicago. She earned her Associate of Business Administration from Harry Truman College, also in Chicago.

Blair Scott

SALES MANAGER

Blair is a Los Angeles, CA native who previously worked at well-known hotels such as the Beverly Hilton and the Arizona Biltmore. After attending the University of Arizona, she got her start in the hotel industry as a poolside cabana server in sunny Phoenix, AZ, and spent several years in Food & Beverage. Blair developed a passion for a career in the hospitality industry through making meaningful connections, and a love for traveling and exploring new places.

Blair has an amazing 1 year old son, and enjoys spending time with him, her husband, and their 65-lb lap dog, Rosco. She recently moved back to Southern CA, and feels extremely proud to represent Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe | Houston on the West Coast.  

Alexandra Trego

GROUP SALES MANAGER

Alexandra Trego was born and raised in Maryland. An avid field hockey player in high school, she then attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and graduated from the Lally School of Business in 2019. After working two years in Silicon Valley, she moved to Conroe and joined the Margaritaville Lake Resort family as the Sales, Marketing, and Membership Administrator. She recently accepted the role of Group Sales Manager after serving in her previous role as Catering Sales Manager for the past two years.  
Alex, a newlywed, loves travel, especially when it takes her to a Disney Park. She also loves her fur baby, Lady, who travels with her whenever she can.  

Kenna Feuge

DIRECTOR OF EVENTS & CONFERENCE SERVICES

Kenna is a proud graduate from Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management at University of Houston, and has over 20 years of dedicated service in the hospitality industry. Most of those years were proudly spent at this very property, before it became a Margaritaville Lake Resort.

Kenna is blessed to be a mom of an incredible daughter, who currently attends Texas A&M University with an Ecology & Biology Conservation Zoology major. Kenna is passionate about living life to the fullest, while laughing and creating fun memories along the way. This is what makes her an extra special event planner.

Ava Tweto

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSiSTANT

Ava joined the Sales team in September of 2025 as a Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant, and after graduating from Kent State University with a master's degree in marketing.  Ava was promoted into Sales from her previous role as a server in LandShark restaurant where she has worked for the past three years.  

Beth Walker

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Beth joined the resort in September of 2025 as a Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant.  She has been a resident of Montgomery for almost twenty years.  She has two daughters, one a Senior at the University of Texas in Austin and the other a Junior at Montgomery High School.  
Prior to raising her girls, she spent several years in the hospitality industry in Dallas, Texas.  Her background includes both operations and corporate sales with The Four Seasons Resort at Las Colinas, The Renaissance at Brookhollow and the Hilton Galleria Hotel.
