A native of Lake Charles, Louisiana, Cedryl Ballou began playing music at the tender age of five, making his professional debut as a drummer with his grandfather, legendary guitar pioneer Classie Ballou, at the age of 11. Cedryl grew up steeped in Creole music and culture. A young but seasoned zydeco musician and singer, Ballou shifts easily from drums to accordion and vocals, leading his group, the Zydeco Trendsetters
B-52 isn’t a brewery, this is a lab where we tinker and experiment to develop truly unique, hand-crafted beverages. A place where the main ingredient is risk, and the final products are one-of-a-kind. Ours is a sanctuary for styles and flavors that few other breweries in the United States create. It’s why we were named “Best New Brewery in Texas” the year we opened, and why we won’t stop doing what we love until we’re recognized as one of the best craft breweries in the world. So, if you’re looking for a frosty glass of “same-old same-old,” you’ve come to the wrong place.
Founded in 2008, this outfit—started by a former Saint Arnold brew master—makes the popular ale known as Bombshell Blonde, and it’s well worth embarking on one of the brewery’s twice-daily weekend tours, where lucky visitors get to experience the olfactory bliss of standing in the fridge where they store all the hops.
Bernhardt Winery produces quality wines from grapes not only sourced from our home state of Texas, but from diverse viticultural areas. This scenic Tuscan-style winery located in Plantersville, Texas produces 100% Texas wines, American classic varietals and unique blends, and the ancient Antiquity Wine Curation series.
B.E. Winery is a 15-acre vineyard/winery situated on a gorgeous country lawn near Conroe, Texas. Each wine is handcrafted using only the finest ingredients and winemaking techniques with a commitment to quality guaranteed by founder and lead winemaker, James Barber.
Founded by two gentleman with roots in the art of French winemaking, H-Wine Winery brings French Burgundy methods to Texas grapes, making a truly unique, signature wine product.
It’s that time of year again. The weather is warming up, the trees are beginning to turn green and the smell of crawfish is in the air.
Throw on your bib and get ready to enjoy the succulent flavor blast from Texas style crawfish!
The crawfish boil will be available to purchase onsite, separately from your craft beer festival ticket. $14 per pound
