Wristbands must be worn at all times while in pool areas

You must be at least 48" tall to ride down our waterslides

Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult

Children should not use the pools without adult supervision at all times

No running or jumping

For guest safety, no glass of any kind is allowed in pool areas

Only resort food is allowed in the pool areas; no cooler of any type is allowed in the pool areas

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased within the pool gated area

No reserving of lounge chairs or pool furniture; unattended items will be removed after 1 hour to respect our first-come first-serve policy

Our water park is a non-smoking and non-vaping area

No amplified music devices or speakers are allowed in pool areas

Please, no diaper changes at the pool side

All diaper age children must use swim diapers

Report any equipment or safety issues to the pool attendant on duty immediately

The resort is not responsible for missing or lost items

The resort accepts no liability for injury and/or life ending associated with the use of these facilities

Management reserves the right to deny use of the pools, beach and facilities to anyone at any time

Maximum hot tub occupancy is 22 people

Do not use the hot tub if water temperature is above 104 degrees Fahrenheit (40 degrees centigrade)

Our hot tubs are not recommended for pregnant women or children under the age of five

Children should not use the hot tub without adult supervision at all times

Over exposure may result in nausea, dizziness or fainting - discontinue use if you experience any of these symptoms

Do not use our hot tubs while under the influence of alcohol or medication

Do not use our hot tubs if you have a history of high blood pressure or other chronic health problems

No diving is permitted in our hot tubs
