With our cardio room full of treadmills and cable weights, to our racquetball courts, there are more than enough ways for you to get your heartrate up.

Fitness Center Policies
Age Restrictions:
Guests and members 18 years of age and older may use Fins Up Fitness Center without supervision. Guests or members 12-17 years of age are allowed only with the supervision of an adult. Guests or members under the age of 12 are not permitted in the fitness center.

Prior to any rigorous workout, it is strongly suggested that you consult with your physician to ensure that your fitness or weight training program is one that takes into consideration any health issues past or present that you may have.
Fitness equipment usage is at your own risk. Margaritaville Lake Resort is not responsible for any injuries that may occur while exercising in the facility.

For your safety, proper attire is required. No sandals, open-toed shoes, or or bare feet are permitted. Shirts and athreptic shoes must be worn at all times.
As a safety precaution, please do not lean against equipment or mirrored walls.
Food and alcohol are not permitted in the fitness center.
Before using a piece of equipment, please carefully read the operating instructions provided. Use the equipment as directed and observe all warnings and guidelines. Improper use of equipment may result in serious injury.
Please be courteous to your fellow guests. Wipe down all all equipment, machines, and weights before and after each use.
If you have any doubts or questions about how to use the equipment, please ask a member of the fitness center or spa staff.
Please limit your time on the cardio machines to 30 minutes during peak usage times or if another guest is waiting.
Please use only one piece of equipment at a time as a courtesy to other guests needing to use the equipment.
Please report any broken or defective equipment to the spa staff immediately
Please return all free weights and equipment to their proper place upon completion of your workout. Please refrain from dropping or throwing free weights and other equipment.
Profanity, abuse of equipment, and unruly or aggressive conduct will not be tolerated.
Failure to comply with these rules and policies may result in loss of fitness center privileges.
