Waterside Cove, located in the resort Conference Center, is serving up delicious brunch every Saturday and Sunday.
The brunch buffet includes a vast selection of favorites including a made-to-order omelet station, pancakes, pastries, and biscuits with gravy, as well as juices, mimosas, and Bloody Marys.
Waterside Cove also hosts many special dining experiences such as holiday meals, prime rib buffet dinners, and special evening events.
With seating for up to 265 guests, Waterside Cove can be transformed to host almost any kind of private dinning event.
