• Portable fire pit set up directly to your Lake Cottage door, or, if staying in the resort tower, a spot will be reserved for you on our private beach
• 4 Adirondack chairs
• 2 bundles of firewood
• One S'mores kit

• Overnight accommodations in a suite or lake cottage, with a private furnished balcony, patio, or porch
• Complimentary access to a variety of fun amenities, such as our two heated pools and hot tubs at Jolly Mon Water Park, private beach, Fins UP Fitness Center, Parrot Island Mini Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, and more!

Terms & Conditions:​​​​​​ Firepits will be delivered 2 hours after you check-in on your arrival date. No fires are permitted after 11 PM every evening - no exceptions. If you have a multi-night reservation, your fire pit will be delivered on the night of your arrival. Fire pit rentals will be subject to burn ban laws in Montgomery County; you will receive a refund for the fire pit rental portion of this package if a burn ban is in effect over your stay. This package must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your planned arrival date. There is a $270 replacement fee for your fire extinguisher if we find it has been tampered with or discharged without good reason. Blackout dates may apply. A refundable deposit equal to the first night's room and tax will be charged on your credit card at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations must be made seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit amount.
