Join us for an unforgettable evening of culinary artistry and world-class wine as our Uncorked Friday Wine Dinner showcases an expertly curated five-course menu paired with exceptional selections from Duckhorn Vineyards.
The evening begins with a reception featuring a seared diver scallop amuse-bouche paired with Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc before guests are guided through a progression of elegant flavors, from chilled Caribbean lobster tail with avocado mousse to roasted wild mushroom ravioli finished with truffle, brown butter, and shaved pecorino.
The highlight of the evening is a luxurious signature duet entrée featuring coffee and herb-crusted A5 Japanese Wagyu strip alongside slow-braised short rib, paired with both Duckhorn Cabernet Sauvignon and Duckhorn Merlot. The experience concludes with a refreshing lemon mascarpone cream cake accompanied by sparkling wine.
