The resort fee is:
- Labor Day through Memorial Day- $30 per room per night plus 14.45% tax
- Memorial Day through Labor Day- $50 per room per night plus 14.45% tax
This fee provides guests with exclusive access to the resort’s amenities, services, and activities, including discounted Fins Up! Water Park tickets, high speed wireless internet, s'mores kits, and parking free of charge.
This fee also includes a $15 resort credit that can be used at our LandShark Bar & Grill, Joe Merchant's Coffee & Provisions, Feeding Frenzy, and our Margaritaville Store.
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of reservation you make. Please refer to your confirmation email or contact our reservations department for more information.
The parking facility is included in the resort fee at Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod.
Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod is a pet-friendly resort that understands pets are an extension of your family. Pet Policy: 50 lbs limit, up to 2 dogs, $50 plus 14.45% tax per dog per night.
We have two separate rates that are provided at the time of booking. We have a rate that includes water park passes for guest's looking to take advantage of that amenity, and a discounted rate for those who are not looking to utilize our Fins Up! Water Park.
Yes, we do sell gift cards. To purchase a gift card, please visit our Margaritaville Store and one of our team members will assist with this purchase.
Yes, you will receive a code for 50% off Fins Up! Water Park Passes during your stay.
Yes, we do offer a seasonal shuttle service for our guests that visits local destinations.
Fins Up! Water Park Fins Up! Water Park
Outside food and drinks are NOT permitted in Fins Up! Water Park. However, we offer a variety of dining options.
There is no age limit, but children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Fins Up! Water Park is open from Monday - Thursday, 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Friday & Saturday, 10:00 am - 9:00 pm, and Sunday, 10:00am - 8:00pm.
Hours will vary during school vacation break.
Towels are provided for our resort guests free of charge. Day pass purchasers can rent towels for $8.50 per towel.
Yes, you will need to provide your own towels if you are not staying at the resort. If you would like to rent a towel for $8 while you are visiting the water park, please visit our water park towel hut.
