How much is the resort fee and what does it include?
A daily resort fee of $45 plus tax will be added to your nightly rate. This fee provides access to a variety of amenities designed to enhance your stay, including:
Refreshing welcome drink upon arrival
Access to Fins Up Beach Club
Beach day essentials: two complimentary beach chairs with umbrella and table (per room, per day, based on availability)
Daily live entertainment and resort activities
Friendly and knowledgeable concierge team at your service

When is check-in / check-out?
Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.
Is there a deposit required to reserve a room?
Reservations must be guaranteed with credit card at time of booking and a one night deposit of room and tax will be collected at the time of booking. Deposit is refundable until 14 days prior to arrival. Guests who cancel within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit of one night room and tax.
What is the resort room cancellation policy?
Guests must cancel 5 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge of 1 night room and tax. Guests that fail to arrive on their expected arrival date will forfeit their 1-night deposit and the reservation will be cancelled for the rest of their stay.
What happens if I leave earlier than my reserved departure date?
Guests who depart earlier than expected will be charged a minimum of one night's room and tax.
Is it possible to arrive before check-in?
Due to the popularity of the resort, early check-in may not be possible. However, we can store your bags and invite you to enjoy the resort's amenities until your room is ready.
What if I would like to check-out later than 11:00am?
Late check-outs are on request only and should be made to our Guest Service Team. Any check-outs granted past 11:00am through 2:00pm will be charged a $25.00 hourly fee and requests past 2:00pm will be charged the full rate of the day.
How many guests can I have in my room?
Using the existing bedding, King rooms can comfortably accommodate two adults, Double Queen rooms can comfortably accommodate four adults and Suites can comfortably accommodate six adults. Rooms do not have sleepers sofas and roll-aways are not available. All guests must be registered and will be given a wristband for access to the resort. King rooms include 2 wristbands, Double Queen rooms include 4 wristbands and Suites include six wristbands. An additional wristband for children between the ages of 3-17 may be purchased for an additional charge. Children under 3 are free.
Is there a hold on my credit card for incidental charges?
A daily authorization of $100 will be held on your credit card for incidental charges.
Is there an age minimum for reserving a room and for check-in?
The minimum age to reserve a room and for check-in is 21.
How many wristbands is my room type eligible for?
There will be up to 2 wristbands issued for King rooms, up to 4 wristbands issued for Two Queen rooms and up to 6 wristbands for Suites.
