Rooftop pools in New York are rare and ones that stay open year-round are even harder to find. Ours sits high above Midtown with skyline views, a heated pool for every season, and a relaxed, resort-style atmosphere that feels worlds away from the streets below. It’s designed for guests who want the energy of the city without giving up space, comfort, or the chance to actually unwind.
Our rooftop pool is designed to fit naturally into your New York stay. Swim during the day, relax on a lounger between plans, then head straight to dinner, a show, or a night out without leaving the building. With guest rooms, dining, and bars just steps away, it’s easy to move between city energy and poolside downtime at your own pace.
Many New York hotel pools are seasonal, indoor, or tucked away on lower floors. This rooftop pool offers open-air swimming, skyline views, and year-round access, a combination that’s rare in Midtown. Add private cabanas, poolside food and drinks, and a location that keeps you close to the city’s top attractions, and it becomes more than a pool; it’s part of the overall stay experience.
Experience bliss with a stay at Margaritaville Resort in Times Square. With access to our rooftop pool and bar, soak up the sun from above the New York skyline.
