Guest Package Delivery & Storage Policy

We’re excited to welcome you to events at Camp Margaritaville Auburndale! To help keep the good times going and create a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our Paradise Pavilion Event Guidelines before attending.

Admission requirements, age restrictions, ticketing, event times, and other details may vary by event, so be sure to review the individual event listing for everything you need to know before you arrive.

Before You Arrive

Here are a few important things to know before heading to the Pavilion:

Clear Bag Policy

One clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag up to approximately 12" x 6" x 12" is permitted. Backpacks, large purses or totes, coolers, and other containers that cannot be easily visually inspected are not permitted.

No Outside Food or Beverages

Outside food and beverages, including bottled water and alcohol, may not be brought into the Pavilion. Drinking water will be available inside.

Event Wristband Required

All attendees will receive an event-specific wristband upon admission. Keep your wristband on and intact throughout the event and if you plan to leave and re-enter.

Age Requirements May Vary

Some events are all-ages, while others are 21+. Check your individual event listing before arriving.

All permitted bags and containers are subject to inspection at entry and re-entry.

Event Entry & Admission

Tickets, Admission & Wristbands

Please have your ticket or applicable admission information ready when you arrive.
All guests must enter through the designated event entrance and complete the applicable admission verification process. Each attendee will receive an event-specific wristband, which must remain on and intact throughout the event. Event wristbands are separate from resort amenity wristbands.
Attendance is limited to the approved capacity for each event. Admission may be temporarily suspended or closed if capacity is reached.

Leaving & Re-Entering

Need to step out? Re-entry is permitted through the designated event entrance with an intact event wristband.
Guests will be subject to the same bag, container, and food and beverage screening requirements each time they enter or re-enter the Pavilion.

What Can I Bring?

Clear Bag Policy

Guests may bring one clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag no larger than approximately 12" x 6" x 12".

Permitted:

Clear bags within the approved size
Necessary medical bags
Diaper and child-care bags
Medical and child-care bags are subject to inspection.

Not Permitted:

Backpacks
Large purses or totes
Coolers
Containers that cannot be easily visually inspected

All permitted bags and containers are subject to inspection upon entry and re-entry. Guests who decline a required inspection will not be permitted to enter or re-enter the event and will not be eligible for a refund.

Food, Beverages & Personal Tumblers

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the Paradise Pavilion. This includes water, soft drinks, sports and energy drinks, alcoholic beverages, bottled or canned beverages, coolers, and beverage-filled personal containers.
Guests may bring one personal thermal cup or tumbler containing plain ice only. The container may not contain any liquid at entry and will be subject to inspection.
Medically necessary food or beverages and infant/child-care items may be permitted following inspection. Drinking water will be available inside the Pavilion.

Alcohol & Age Requirements

Alcohol Guidelines

Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
Guests purchasing alcoholic beverages must meet applicable age-verification requirements. Guests under 21 may not sit at or occupy the bar service area.

21+ Events

Paradise Pavilion hosts both all-ages and 21+ events.
For events designated as 21+, a valid government-issued ID is required for admission, and guests under 21 will not be permitted to enter.
Always check the individual event listing for age requirements before purchasing tickets.
