Is my reservation eligible for the complimentary water park access benefit?
Complimentary access to Island H2O is available for all resort guests with stay dates between March 7 and October 31, 2026*.
If your reservation does not fall within these dates, water park access is not included.

Does this apply to guests who booked through Airbnb?
In most cases, no. Guests must book through Margaritaville Resort Orlando, Margaritaville Cottages Orlando, or V Stays to receive water park access.
However, if you booked an Airbnb unit managed by an approved management company (Rentyl or V Stays), you will have access.
Is there a shuttle available to and from the water park?
Yes, shuttle service is available for hotel guests as well as guests staying in the cottages/villas.
How many tickets do I receive, and how do I pick them up?
Water park vouchers will be provided at check-in, with one voucher per day for each guest on the reservation, up to the maximum room occupancy. Simply present your voucher at the water park entrance to exchange it for tickets.
What if my reservation doesn’t include water park access? Am I able to get discounted tickets?
Guests without included water park access can visit the concierge desk in the hotel lobby to purchase discounted tickets to the water park.
How do I get my tickets?
At check-in, you’ll receive a voucher for each day of your visit. The voucher will include the guest's name and the maximum number of guests allowed. Simply present your voucher at the water park entrance to exchange it for tickets.
Will I need a voucher for each day of my visit?
Yes. At check-in, the front desk agent will ask how many days you plan to visit and provide you with the corresponding number of vouchers.
Can I use the ticket on the day of check-in?
Yes, you can use the ticket on the day of check-in.
Can I visit the park on the day I check-out?
Yes, you can! Just let the front desk agent know you need a voucher for that day, and they will provide one.
Can I attend Island H2O's nighttime events with this program?
No, these tickets are only valid for regular daytime operating hours.

Does this apply even if I’m just walking to or from my car?
Yes. The dress code applies to all guests at all times when outside the water park, including when walking to or from your vehicle.
What counts as a coverup?
A coverup can be a sundress, t-shirt and shorts, or any modest clothing worn over your swimwear. It should be something you'd feel comfortable wearing in a public shopping and dining area.
