Sour Shamrock

• 1½ oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
• 4 oz. Lemon Sour
• Healthy squeeze of simple syrup
• Add ingredients into tin, good shake pour over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with skewered lemon and lime wheel.

Sweet Baby Stout Shot

• ½ oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
• ½ oz. Kahlua coffee liqueur
• Floater of Rum Chata
• Add Jameson & Kahlua into tin, DRY shake. Pour contents into shot glass.Layer Rum Chata floater on top.

Spicy Leprechaun

• 1½ oz. Dano’s Jalapeno Pineapple Tequila
• 3 oz. Ripe Lime sour
• 1 drop of green food coloring
• Muddled jalapeño
• Add tequila into tin, add two sliced jalapeños, muddle. Drop of green food coloring, add ice. Moderate shake, pour contents into margarita glass over fresh ice. Garnish: Old Bay Rim with lime.

Four Leaf Clover

• 1½ oz.Teeling Irish Whiskey
• Fresh Lime Juice
• 4 oz. of Goslings Ginger Beer.
• Simple Syrup
• Add Teeling to tin. Add three lime wedges and muddle, add ice then give a hard shake. Pour contents over fresh ice in a rocks glass, complete with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wedge.
